All the information in this manual is public domain information thanks to Gary Craig, the originator of EFT™ who has so generously made the EFT™ method available to the general public for free. The QuickStart manual distils the essential information beginners need to get started with minimal background or elaboration.

Although I believe using the QuickStart manual is the fastest way to get up and running with EFT™, I strongly recommend also obtaining and reading Gary Craig's original and comprehensive manual if you can.  It is available free from www.emofree.com and contains a great deal of additional valuable and interesting information, including many examples of EFT™ in use.

The Hard Copy QuickStart manual is a handy A5 size, full-colour, stapled booklet containing 16 pages of all the technical information contained in the online QuickStart manual plus additional information from this site including Frequently Asked Questions and resource guide.

Aimed at the beginner, the A5 manual is a useful gift for other people you would like to introduce to EFT - or a gift for yourself if you don't have access to printing facilities but would like a handy reference guide to refer to.

The A5 manual costs £2, to cover production costs, and postage is free (within the UK).
