Title - Testimonials

Here's what some clients have said after experiencing EFT and AFT sessions and attending 1-1 Intensives. (Bold and italics are my additions.)

"I booked a session with Mary after returning from a workshop in Peru. The trip had highlighted a number of areas of my life that I wasn't happy with and with Mary's help, I was able to turn this around. The most tangible result of the work we did was that I got into a space where I could attract a happy relationship into my life. Through a combination of EFT and AFT, Mary helped me release hurt from the past, and change all the limiting beliefs I held that were stopping me meeting someone who was right for me. No sooner had the last belief been unearthed, a wonderful relationship arrived, that is on a totally different level to anything I have experienced in the past.

The work helped me in many other ways as well. I feel much more confident and self assured than I did when I started the work, and clearer somehow. The tools that she gave me (especially the AFT) is something that continues to help me clear things as they come up. I have tried many therapies and techniques over the last few years, and nothing is anywhere near as powerful as AFT (in my opinion). I haven't found anything else which clears old stuff so completely and permanently.

Mary is a lovely person to work with. She is very supportive - both in and between sessions, and has a great sense of humour. I highly recommend her work."

"For twenty or more years (perhaps all my adult life) I have been plagued by a phobia of noise.  A couple of years ago we moved house and unfortunately we ended up in a noisier house and garden (from traffic) than our previous one.  Then becoming retired I spent much more time at home, and this made the noise phobia worse.  I became very depressed and for months took medication from the doctor.  At the end of the course I felt better than when I started, but a long way from being normal.  I tried hypnotherapy, which taught me how to relax, but otherwise did not help my problem.  My next self-help action was EFT with Mary and this was very positive.  Now, after a few months and only a few [3] lessons, I am much better, better than I ever thought I would be.  The problem is still there, but it is now only a minor issue for me and currently is perfectly controllable.  I would strongly recommend EFT to anyone who has an irrational phobia."

"I booked a session with Mary due to feeling a general sense of anxiety. More specifically I felt trapped inside myself - almost as if the part of me that wanted to express itself and fully participate in this world was stuck inside.  On the surface I often feel withdrawn and depleted of energy, but hate being that way!  Directly after treatment I felt a relief, a lightness inside, as if I was no longer at odds with myself.  Even now, that part of me no longer feels trapped. Mary's caring but grounded style made me feel as if I was truly being looked after.  She had a knack of tracking down exactly what was going on for me, despite me relaying a random assortment of emotional symptoms. For me, her clever use of wording really brought out the true feelings that were going on for me, and enabled a very successful resolution."

"I was out of work for nearly two years and found the situation increasingly difficult in ways I had never contemplated. This situation arose due to the downturn in the IT industry which led to a lot of people being unemployed. I found the stress of unemployment cumulative and increasingly difficult to manage. This, combined with increasing interview nervousness, made me feel really unsettled with feelings of panic. I found that learning EFT with Mary [about 6 sessions of about 20-30 minutes each over about 6 months] gave me a constructive method to manage these feelings. It was also useful for getting rid of nerves before interviews and increasing my self-confidence - which I am sure contributed to my eventually finding a job. Through the use of the technique I was able to control these negative aspects and keep my stress down. I would certainly recommend EFT as a very constructive way to manage this type of situation. Although I am now employed, I still use EFT by myself from time to time whenever stress arises - it really helps me stay in control".

"Working with Mary and EFT helped me get over a relationship that had ended nearly five years previously.  Although I knew I 'should' be over it by now, I was carrying an enormous amount of hurt and upset around with me every day and I felt guilty that I still felt this way even though I had a new partner that I was happy with. Although I had found out about EFT and tried apply it to this issue, I found doing this on my own overwhelming.  Mary worked through the issues surrounding the break-up, helping me to identify what was wrong.  Her caring style made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence to carry on the process.  Since using EFT on it I rarely think of my old relationship and if I do, it no longer leaves me feeling upset which means that I am happier and can now get on with enjoying my relationship with my partner."

"I'd just like to say a big thank you for last Sunday's workshop [a one-day 1-1 Intensive]. When I arrived at your house I was feeling so worn out after a sleepless night and I wasn't sure how I was going to get through the day. But although I was very tired by the end, I actually came out feeling much better. I dread to think what my Sunday would have been like if I hadn't come to the workshop.
Since then I have been using EFT to deal with my insomnia and to help myself get through a difficult period. It certainly seems to have helped me so far as I slept very well both Sunday and Monday, and actually woke up looking forward to the day ahead.
I'm amazed at how simple it is - just sounds too good to be true - but that's the great thing about it. 15 minutes before I go to bed can make such a difference. I'll keep in touch and let you know how I'm getting on."

"Thank you for Saturday!!  [a one-day 1-1 Intensive]. Dramatic things are happening….
My food cravings have remained virtually nil.  I do  the "choices" statements and that keeps me on track.  I have actually sat with friends/relatives who are eating crisps/ cakes etc and I can decline without feeling desperate or deprived.  Because I had  previously been constantly craving, at the beginning of the week I was not craving but also had no developed sense of hunger, so forgot to eat!! As this is not healthy I tapped on "Although I have this food problem I choose to feel hunger at the right time”. Later I had what I thought was a craving but looked at the clock and it was a meal time.

The absence of food craving is amazing.  Whilst away for a few days with a lot of stress ( being responsible for elderly mother and mother in law)  I did not over eat once.  Each day I chose to eat one biscuit - which for me is remarkable as it would normally be a whole packet.

What is amazing to me is that I am not thinking that I am dealing with my cravings but that it is a historic issue!! All within a week.

I am so thankful for the valuable time spent with you.  If you have potential clients who want to talk to a user about it, you are welcome to give out my work phone <supplied on request>.

EFT is an amazingly powerful tool.  Really exciting and I feel as if I have shifted from a very stuck position!  Thank you again the day has been so valuable to me.
A big thank you!!"
