Training Options for Beginners

DVD Training

In my opinion, the best way to learn EFT is via Gary Craig's original training DVDs.
This is where I started and I regard them as "the source" whether you want to learn EFT for self-help or whether you plan to eventually become a practitioner.

However, I know that learning via DVD doesn't suit everyone's learning style and many people are put off at the thought of spending weeks watching DVDs.
Some people prefer to learn interactively in a setting where they can ask questions as they go along and get direct feedback about how they are applying EFT.
Yet others want to focus their learning around the specific issues they want to use EFT for.
Some people have already seen Gary's DVDs but would like additional tuition and guidance about how to apply EFT to their specific issues.

Group Trainings

Alternatively you may prefer to attend a group introductory EFT training. There are many available around the country and lots of people like a group format as it offers a more social atmosphere and a level of interactivity and practical feedback from the trainer.
But some people find that this format simply isn't private enough to allow them to work on their issues in detail - or to ask the questions they really want to ask about the technique.
And people who already know some EFT may find themselves feeling frustrated that they can't

1-1 Intensive

For these reasons, I have developed my 1-1 EFT Intensive training:

  • The fastest way to become a confident EFT self-help user
  • Personal tuition and full course handouts
  • No need to wait for scheduled trainings - arrange a day to suit you
  • Learn at your own pace
  • Tailored to your own interests and issues
  • Ask as many questions as you need of an experienced EFT practitioner and trainer
  • Adjusted according to your learning style and existing level of knowledge
  • Completely private
  • Work on your own issues while you learn
  • Qualifies as pre-practitioner level training
  • Unlimited post-training email support
  • Suitable for complete beginners and people already using EFT
  • Equivalent to Level 1 training, plus some elements of Level 2

It's efficient and excellent value

A one-day 1-1 intensive EFT training is  time efficient - just one day, and on a day that suits your schedule.

It's also cost efficient:
                                     £125   for weekend training (Saturday)
£99     for a weekday training (Tuesday or Friday)

There are certainly cheaper ways to learn EFT. But there aren't many that give you this level of attention, personalisation and extended post-training backup, as well as the chance to do in-depth work on some of your actual issues on the day.

Does it have to be strictly 1-1?

Although designed for one person, you can also arrange to learn with a friend or someone close to you if you prefer, or if you feel that would enhance your learning (absolute maximum 2 people).
In these cases the price per person is reduced to £99 at weekends and £90 on weekdays.
This could be ideal for:

  • Couples wanting to learn the technique together
  • Parents wanting to learn EFT for family issues
  • Where one of the people wants to act as a support for the other person
  • For colleagues who work closely together and want to use EFT to help deal with shared work issues

Children (aged 12-17) are welcome to attend with a parent or other adult guardian, at a reduced price of £50 (weekend or weekday) (adult pays full price).

Where is the training held?

Milton Keynes.

What's covered in the training?

  • Aspects
  • How to work with Simultaneous and Sequential aspects
  • Getting specific
  • How to choose what to work on
  • Getting creative with acceptance phrases and reminder phrases
  • The Tearless Trauma Technique
  • Pre-work for intense issues including dissociation techniques
  • Other ways to measure progress
  • Signs that EFT is working
  • Advanced variations
  • Unobtrusive EFT

Tailor the day to suit you

Because the day is tailored to you, the focus can be on whatever you are most interested in.
Previous attendees have chosen to focus on the following:

  • Learning EFT as pre-practitioner training
  • Reducing Stress in business or personal life
  • Cravings and food issues
  • Using EFT to help manage physical issues

Although designed primarily for beginners, the day can be tailored to people who are already familiar with EFT but want to to go more in-depth, but without taking a practitioner level training.

How to book

Just email maryjones@thefuturestartsnow.com or call 07803 616107 for an initial discussion about what you'd like to focus the training on.

Because I block out an entire day for the training I do ask for payment in advance, to include a 50% non-refundable deposit. However, the day may be altered or cancelled up to 14 days before the agreed date.

Written joining instructions including directions will be sent by email at the time of booking.
